1. Scope of Services

Paper & Pixel provides statutory registration filing facilitation and custom static web development. Our services include Municipal Trade License, Central GST Registration, FSSAI Food Safety Licenses, MSME Udyam Certificates, PAN Card allotment assistance, Class 3 Digital Signatures (DSC), bespoke modern responsive websites, domain provisioning, and Google Business Profile setup.

2. The 100% Zero-Rejection Guarantee

We perform a strict engineering pre-audit of all applicant paperwork before uploading to statutory portals.

• Officer Clarifications: If an inspecting municipal or central officer issues a query or clarification notice, our team files the required response at zero additional fee.
• Refund Policy: If an application is rejected due to a filing defect on our part that cannot be rectified, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of our studio service fee.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely turnaround, clients agree to provide valid, legible, and authentic documentation (such as Aadhaar, electricity bills, and signed authority documents). Clients confirm that their stated business activity complies with local zoning regulations.

4. Full Client Ownership & No Lock-in

Upon completion of setup and payment settlement:

• You own 100% of your website code, assets, and content.
• You receive full administrative control over your domain name, government portal accounts, and Google Business Profile.
• We charge zero monthly maintenance retainers or lock-in cancellation fees.

5. Renewals & Third-Party Fees

The ₹12,999 Signature Bundle includes 1 full year of domain registration and Cloudflare SSL hosting. Subsequent annual domain renewals are billed at standard registrar cost (~₹900/year) with zero markup.
